I have noticed many benefits with my body strength. I have gotten noticeably stronger especially in my back. Anne has taught me several different yoga poses that will help me continue to gain strength and relieve pain in my whole body. While learning the breathing techniques I feel I am now able to use them in my everyday life which is helping to improve my mood and stress levels.
